Dr. Doell presented some deeply insightful ideas about the fitness psyche with a well honed focus on challenging and changing the fitness seeking mindset. I found a few “Aha” moments as I read especially when it came to three particularly insightful chapters ;You are not your Ego, Together and If you can say it, each chapter illuminated some importantly edifying aspects of finding your truly compatible fitness fit that I believe many readers will find strong connection with, like I did. Another successful aspect of the book is the author's use of anecdotes in each chapter, they were grounded, relatable and helpful as they drove home salient points about fitness choices and mistakes, I especially like the one about the married couple Ben and Eileen- their story was familiar and touching. I recommend this book for those fitness conscious readers looking for some insightfully sage guidance on breaking out of their fitness rut
