because being ethical and obeying the legal rules is not nessasry being ethical. A business that is ethically sensitive and changes to society is the best business out there. True they obey the legal rules by doing so but they don’t let profit get in the way of being as ethical as they can be.

Morality is the collection fo values that guides our behavior and ethics is a systematic statement of our morality. Sometimes the two terms are used interchangeably. The “good”, is call the end result of ethical examination. |

-property is exclusive right to possess, use, and transter resources. The moral issue of how some people can own more resources (property) then they need while others go hungry and homeless is where the ethics of property come into hand. People need food and shelter and for one to possess more food and shelter then someone with none doesn’t sound ethical at all, its up to the owner, may it be a corporation or a landowner to make the decision to reach out to the community.

To be ethical is to obey moral rules in a sense our nations laws were based around ethical rules. So by obeying the law you are literally being ethical.
