Method of assessing reliability of a questionnaire or psychological test by assessing same person on different occasions. These are then correlated and if significant then they are reliable. Cant be too short or long a time before the retest

The extent to which there is agreement between 2 or more observers. Results correlated..needs to be +.8

Use test retest. If not good then some questions may need to be rewritten if amibuous. Use closed questions
