Patient presents with itchy, red eyes with a watery discharge. Conjunctiva shows diffuse vessel dilation. Ocular tension, vision, pupils and cornea are all normal.

Patient presents with extreme photophobia, diminished vision, and red eyes. Pupils are small on examination w/ vessel dilation centered around the cornea. Ocular tension is low. Slit lamp exam shows deposits on the posterior surface of the cornea and a cloudy anterior membrane. Patient has no increased discharge.

Patient presents with sudden onset of intense eye pain and red eyes. Patient states that he sees halos are lights. Pupils are not reactive to light. On exam, there is vessel dilation surrounding the cornea and a high ocular tension. Slit lamp exam shows a steamy appearance with a shallow angle.

Dx: Narrow (acute) angle/ Angle closure glaucoma
Tx: pilocarpine osmotic agents; surgery |
