What are the limitations of an on-site audit? |
An audit may not be initiated or scheduled during the first five calendar days of any month. The pharmacy shall be supplied with written report on the audit in preliminary form with in 90 days. The pharmacy shall be given 30 days to produce support documentation. The final audit delivered within 180 days signed by the auditors. |
