(II) No alternative Rx drug available
(III) Not reasonably possible for practitioner to provide a written Rx

Pharmacist must reduce Rx to written order with "Authorization for emergency dispensing" and the date, time of dispensing on the face of Rx.

The prescribing practitioner shall provide pharmacist w/in 72 hours of verbal Rx a hard copy. If delivered by mail must be post marked w/in 72 hours.

Council for Pharmacy Education in each area of practice, and 40 hours of
on-site supervised clinical practice and training in each area in which the
pharmacist is choosing to practice; or
3. Completion of at least 40 hours of ACPE approved continuing education
regarding clinical practice and 40 hours of on site supervised clinical
practice and training in the area in which the pharmacist is choosing to
practice; or
4. Current Board specialty certification from the Board of Pha
