How much time did Franklin Roosevelt invest in his passion of Politics?
Roosevelt invested more then half his life to his passion, that put him on the path. To someone the greatest achievements a leader like him self could accomplish, with the odds that were against him.
What was the Job of Roosevelt?
He practiced law for a short period, then entered what would be his lifelong profession:politics. Positions that he held were: New York State Senate, Assistant Secretary in the Navy Department,Governor of New York(4 yrs) and President(12 yrs)
What were some of the Commitments to others that FDR made?
He made a commitment to the American people(while campaign for President the first time)That he would strengthen America by what he called the "New Deals".While President he told reporters that he would hold press conferences 2x a week and by and large he did holding nearly 1,000 press conferences while president.

A lesson to be learned from Roosevelt's life is the only thing that can stop you from doing something is your will to do it.

The words that FDR lived by in his life was "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." He had lived though fear in his life and came out successfully.
What motivation did I gain from reading about Franklin Roosevelt?
Learning about what he has done to preserve democracy and how he didn't allow life changing challenges to slow him down in life or let fear get to him. I've become more motivated to reach all of my hopes, goals and dreams in life and not let challenges or fear stop me from completing them.
