Papilledema, Unilateral mydriasis (widely dilated pupils), headaches made worse by coughing, N/V, slurred speech, disorientation, altered LOC, flaccid hemiplegia, hemiparesis, abducens or oculomotor palsy, nuccal rigidity, respiratory disturbances. Hypotension with tachycardia.
