a book with all the contract and non-contract documents for a construction project (except drawings and the agreements) 4 major parts includes (1) bidding requirements (if needed), (2) parts of the contract itself like owner-contractor agreement, bond forms, etc, (3) general and supplementary conditions of the contract, (4) technical specifications. |
