Criteria for an HMR? |
- Hazardous Material Report - generally cover material deficiencies could cause death or injury to personal or damage to or loss of A/C - TFOA |

- Engineering Investigations - apply to all A/C and weapon system, equipment, components, related SE, special tools, software, fluids, and materials used in equipment operations - lighting strike |

- Technical Publication Deficiency Report - submit to address safety hazards and routine deficiencies to JDRS - CAT 1 cause injury, death, or affects mission capability - CAT 2 hold back mission and maint over 8 hours |

- Acceptance Deficiency Report - identify defects in newly manufactured, modified, or reworked A/C to ensure better quality maintenance and rework procedures |
