- Acceptance Deficiency Report - identify defects in newly manufactured, modified, or reworked A/C to ensure better quality maintenance and rework procedures |

- technical detectives, verify no TD cut against that item, quality components, proper paper work, correct components - usually one time inspection of a component or equipment - found in 500c - repairable parts with RFI TAG - |
