Acute interstitial nephritis:

Skin rash with acute renal failure = polyarteritis or SLE

Hartnup's disease:
AR X in tryptophan absorption at the renal tubule
mimics Pellerga: D's dermatitis, dementia, diarrhea
Rash on sun exposed areas
Give niacin supplements, if the fucker cant reabsorb tryptophan, give the niacin precursor so they can make more tryphophan
