It is created during condensation reaction.and happens between di or polysaccharide.it is the bond between to glucose molecules,and occurs when one OH group from one molecule bonds to the H of the the other molecule(between carbon 1 and 1)this produce water.Leaving a Oxygen bond in between the 2 molecules,the bond is known and glycosidic.
