For all air operations (VFR and IFR).
If not prepared by the PIC, PIC to be informed by hte contents. |

Part 125 non-Stop VFR flight, returning to same aerodrome as departure and remains within 25nm of the aerodrome - a flight following service must be used

Notification Lead time for filing a IFR flight plan
|
30 minutes prior to beginning of flight.
If submitted in air, 10 minutes before reaching control area boundary |

Adherence to flight plan
|
Must adhere unless a request for change requested to ATC, or emergency situation arises.
Remain along centreline of route. if deviation is made, notify ATS as soon as practicable. |

Notification of Chagnes to FLight Plan
|
Any deviation from track
Variation in TAS by 5% or more (or 0.01 or more of Mach number). Revised ETA when estimated ETA is in error by more than 2 minutes. Notify ATC if departure is going to be 30 minutes later than EBOT |
