ELT must be automatic Holder of air operator not req to equip auto ELT if the airworthiness cert was first issued before 1 july 2008 and the aeroplane is not performing regular air trasnport service to, from and within countries outside of NZ and the aeroplane is equipped with 2 standard ELTs instead of automatic ELT |
