RennovatInn has several simple objectives, they start out with suppling the customer with the best possible professional services. We want our work to speak for itself by demonstrating our keen desire to accent each detail with professionalism and craftsmanship. We want our company to exist to attract and maintain customers. With the general objective for our services to exceed the expectations of our customer, we also plan to:
• Increase customers base by 15% - our company will strive to increase our customer stats by 5% each quarter until the end of the next fiscal year. We intend on doing this by offering a wide variety of services that is available within one company instead of contracting out several. We also plan to remain affordable and work on subset of jobs to establish our brand within the industry. We also plan to offer discounts and contractual obligations that solidifies our company as the parent renovation and/or remodeling entity with that business.

• Increase brand equity – we will enlist our name on various media sources. By doing this will be able to obtain a position within the industry

We hope to take our capital investment and turn it over in such a manner that we double or triple our initial investment of $15000. This will be obtainable by establishing our brand within the industry. Participating in industry functions that spread the need of standard renovation and revising of looks and feels. Our company also want to ensure that our target market is aware of the variety of services and financial plans that we are offering. Through the use of social media we plan to display brand and visually offer examples of our abilities and creative thoughts. We want to ensure that our name and company standard of professionalism and quality is demonstrated at all times
