The crack of the twentieth century observed the birth of the automobile industry. Tampering by bicycle, motorcycle, and machinery entrepreneurs in Europe and the United States led to the first prototypes of automobiles in the late nineteenth century.
Similarly, Honest Jim car sales company was not a rapid settlement. It was year 1972 when their struggle started and their first car yard opened. Following the trend, they faced many rivalry issues. For the first three years of their car sales company they struggled to compete against majors including Ford and Holden.

• Service on the widest range of quality used cars.

Strengths included in this business prospect includes:
1. Strong customer relation due to quality deals and excellent services.
2. Quality used cars for sales.
3. Geographical location: Three yards and showrooms at main locations.
4. Affordable rates of used cars.
5. Good reputation due to selling of used cars at cheaper rates then new cars at costly rates. Weaknesses
Weaknesses included in this business include:
1. Personnel has limited knowledge of internet and lack effective computer using skills.
2. Business system is not updated.
3. Business has No web, social interaction
4. No online presence.
5. Limited yards and showrooms.
6. Cheap qualities of used cars.
7. Limitation of business (not expanded to inter- state level)
