Category 4 Begin with the end in mind
Arriving at the destination you set out for in life, a project or even a task requires a clear understanding of the desired end state. This is one of my strengths and something I practice. I believe I can improve this habit with more consistency. Taking the time before a project starts to determine the desired destination requires patience. This is an area where I will need to self-coach and insert a system to ensure that this important mindset isn’t overlooked.

This principle requires discernment. The choice is often not between doing good and bad things, but rather between two good things. In addition, another principle which makes this hard is one-life / one day planner. The concept being that we are prioritizing not only work activity but community and family life as well. This requires an alignment of work within your life purpose and life goals. This is something that I have been able to do over my career but something that I have made mistakes at as well. I have missed some significant events in my family life that I wish I could have
