Strengths:

Jeremy greets the client in a polite and a professional tone.

He is sure to verify and gain agreement to send the registration email to the client to create the account. He continues on to guide the client to click the link where she will create the username and password.

With issues clicking the link, Jeremy offers other options to assist the client with creating the account. He offers to create the account using the default login info and digs further to suggest the client use another internet browser to access the website.

Once the client is able to access another browser, Jeremy provides the default information and helps the client confirm the disclosures. He also informs the client that the employer information can be updated

Effective notes- Jeremy noted the general issue, however, we should include all of the details of the call including assisting he client login with default login info and setting expectations to reset in the Setting area of the site. Also, the client discussed the spelling error in which he assured we can have updated throughout the process.
