Collaboration since the company has worked with other company’s including Walgreen’s and the Good Neighbor Policy to push pharmaceutical distribution worldwide and achieve patient care goals. The next value, innovation because AmerisourceBergen is constantly striving to build upon pharmaceutical technology and dip into new business ventures including animal health distribution. The third value, passion, relates to AmerisourceBergen’s values because the company is passionate about their work from choosing the right person to hire to choosing the right companies to do business with. For AmerisourceBergen to be successful related to finances, employee relations, community relations, and professional relations it is necessary for them to uphold their culture and values across each of these positions. Values such as collaboration, passion, innovation, integrity, and customer focus aligned with cultural factors such as communication, hard-work, innovative ideas, diversity and inclusion must be present in order for the company to complete their strategic objectives. Strategic initiatives of collaboration with customers, product development, employee growth and development, and respect help the company reach GSM strategies. The strategies are important to reach for the company to stay in the competitive position that it currently holds.
