TEACHING INCLUSION
Inclusion can be stated as a practice to make all the belonging students as a part of the team, connected, giving equal right with dignity or attribute or more as to promote the opportunity to accommodate everyone without any limitation. (1) Miller and Katz (2002) have defined inclusion as: “a sense of belonging: feeling respected, valued for who you are; feeling a level of supportive energy and commitment from others so that you can do your best”.
In my practice as a travel and tourism teacher for level 3, I have noticed students of different capacity. , Some students needed extra attention and support, while others needed less. Among them, one student has dyslexia and one has colour blindness. I made sure that I gave special

1. Motivation: In the traditional way of teaching, teachers take a lead and spend more time talking in front of class and students’ participation is very low (McBride & Wahl, 2005). While the teacher is talking and sharing his knowledge and experience for hours, the students have to listen passively. In such arrangements, the students can easily get distracted.
Motivation is the key factor to success. As a teacher, I continuously encourage my students in a way that they can be motivated. I have a few students who are energetic, focused and determined all the time, whereas a few students are confused what they want and not sure about the subject they have chosen. So, it was my role to motive them and develop a positive attitude.
As a trainee teacher, I have applied different motivational skills with the students to keep them engaged. Most of the time, I reinforced their learning by initiating related activities like a role play or quiz and rewarded them. For example, if all the students completed the activity early, they get an early break. This had a positive impact on the learners to get engaged with the activity and complete it. Even the small prize had motivated each and everyone to participate equally and shown the teamwork. If I did not announce the reward (early break), few of them would easily be distracted and did not bother doing
