The duration of the case ruined the career of Mark Fuhrman and many others who were targeted by the defense team of O.J. Simpson. It is my opinion and the opinion of most of the world that OJ Simpson simply got away with murder. Works Cited Britannica, The Editors of Encyclopaedia.…

A major problem in the case, and a massive advantage for the Defense Attorneys, was the fact that the evidence was not put into terms that the jury's could not understand. The evidence had no more use in the case because the jurors agreed that they would not be able to use this evidence due to them not understanding what it meant. In simpler terms, the evidence says that the socks with blood on them found in Simpson's house definitely contained Nicole Brown’s blood. The blood of Rob Goldman and Nicole Brown were also found in Simpson's Bronco. Another component was the fact that Simpson was an extremely popular football player that was beloved by many (“Forensics at the OJ Simpson Trial.”).…

When looked back at, this may have been due to Simpson having a problem with rheumatoid arthritis due to his previous professional football career. (Huizenga, 1995) It was stated by Robert Kardashian in “The Secret Tapes of the O.J. Case: The Untold Story” that O.J Simpson had stopped taking his rheumatoid arthritis medication one month before being asked to put the gloves on during the trial. This would have made the knuckles on his hands inflamed. (Schiller & Willwerth, 2015)…

to the crime, is that I came to the belief that justice wasn’t properly served. My belief of O.J. Simpson not doing this is absolutely fade because I believed he and some other suspect killed Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. About ten years ago in 2007 Simpson was convicted of robbery and kidnapping. He served a three year time sentence with parole. A combination of media coverage, racial tensions, perjury, poor evidence collection, and the possibility of evidence being stronger than the jury couldn’t even had realised.…

Simpson was acquitted of murder is because of the factor that race played in the entire…

Simpson not guilty for the murders of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, evidence discovered during, and after the trial, proves that the trial consisted of other reasons for his acquittal. An abundant amount of evidence proves that O.J. Simpson should have ultimately been proven guilty for the murders. However, many people overlooked the facts and decided the verdict based on their morals and emotions. An article written through the New York Times states “The amount of O.J.’s blood found on the crime scene, on his socks, and in his car should have made the jury’s decision an easy one. Darden’s focus on the violence regularly inflicted upon Nicole and his characterization of the relationship as a “ticking time bomb” make it easy for him to point to O.J. in court and call him a murderer.…
