The infographic is curated to target and motivate practitioners and researchers to undertake evidence-based practice, to apply more valid and reliable therapies and treatments for individualised patient care, in this case, implementing intensive behavioural therapy for weight loss in obesity, by informing practitioners and researchers what evidence-based practice is and validating why the type of practice, intensive behavioural therapy, should be implemented through valid data from a reliable study, providing the successes of the practice, and mentioning a how-to guide for practitioners to understand how effective the practice is and why they should implement the
