This website is different from some of the other sources because it is a review of a book. The information is reliable because it is a government website and he lists facts from NIDA national institute on drug abuse and the NIAAA the national institute on alcohol abuse and alcoholism. Some of the information in this article was biased but there were many objective facts. The goal of this source was to review in depth a book wiritten on addiction.

It explains how addiction being a disease is a very popular debated topic and then goes in depth about drug addiction being a disease. It talks about how treatment instead of prison time is needed. Prosecutors are more concerned on putting the person in jail instead of helping them and putting them in a treatment facility.
