For my career, I chose a skincare specialist/esthetician. I chose this career because it is something that interests me, so I feel that I could be good in this field. I've been interested in this career for about a year. One thing that interests me about this career is that I would be able to work hands-on. Another thing that interests me is being able to work in a field that interests me, so I can enjoy my career. I am interested in this job because I want to work in the cosmetology field, but I don’t want to do things like hair and nails. I think I would be a good fit for this job because it is something that interests me, and is something I feel I could be good at. I think I could be excellent at this because I am good at working with others.

I understand that to get this certification, I must graduate from a cosmetology/beauty school. I also understand that experience will be required for me to obtain this license. To get this, I also know I must pay the required fee. There are a large variety of skills needed to become a skincare specialist. One skill needed is being able to talk to and listen to others. Another capability required is finding ways to help people and changing things based on what others have done. Skincare specialists must also have the ability to keep their arms and hands steady. Some other traits they must have are concern for others, dependability, attention to detail, and self control (“Skincare Specialist”). Whenever I think about these skills, I notice there are some abilities that I already have. For example, I’m good at talking and listening to others. I also have concern for others' wants and needs, and I pay attention to detail. I also excel at working hands-on. There are 3 different levels of income for the career of a skincare specialist. Income starts at a starting salary of around $24,380, and moves to $34,840 on average. Advanced skin care specialists can earn an income of up to
