The abolition of contractualization has always been what contractual workers wanted for many years. This inspired us to know how employment status affects an employees: his(factors) and if there are differences on how short-term and long-term employees perform.

What is your study all about?

Our study on 51talk Ph found that there is no significant difference on productivity of both employment status as the employees are highly satisfied with the company they are working.
