We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

-Reps will be chosen every 2 years -# of reps not to exceed 1:30,000 but must have at least one per state -25 yrs old, 7 yrs US resident -Writs of election issued to fill vacancies |

-2 from each state -6 year term -1 vote -at least 30 yrs old, 9 yrs US resident -Vice President of US is President of Senate, no vote unless there is a tie -power to try all impeachments |
