* when doing bench make sure you feet are behind your knees when you lay on the bench. Next make sure your arms are at 90* angles. Lastly make sure your body is square and the weight is even to your back. |

When preforming a pull up make sure your body is mirroring itself. Next adjust adjust adjust grip so you don't form blisters. After that pull up using your lats and then your arms. You should feel it. Then go all the way down so you are almost released all tension from your elbows. |
