What was a cause of the French and Indian War?

After the war.
Who lost the war?
The French and Indians lost the war and lot's of land.
What did the Proclamation of 1763 say? Who did it make mad? Who was happy?
That the colonists could not live in land that was taken away from the French. This made the colonists mad. It made the Indians happy.
What does Taxation without representation mean?
It means that the colonists had to pay taxes on things (like sugar), but they could not make laws.
What did the colonists do to try to change the laws?
refused to pay the taxes

The Continental Congress was a meeting that brought the colonists together in Philadephia, Penssylvania in 1775. What did they decide?
a) to go to war with Britain
b) to stop trade with Britain and stop obeying laws that they did not agree with.
How did British Parliament feel about the Boston Tea Party?
They were mad because they disobeyed the law, they lost tax dollars and lots of tea was ruined.
