A man walks into the woods and sees a spot where there is trees burnt down in a large circle. In one of trees is a dead man in a scuba diving suit. What happened?

He was scuba diving in a near by lake when a forest caught on fire. A helicopter flew down to the lake with a tub and filled it up with water to drop on the fire. The man was in the water, and was dropped on a tree were he died.
