Degree of certainty that the system processes the information accurately and completely

Certainty that consultation or mutation of the data can only be performed by those persons who are authorized to do so

Suitability

Degree to which the manual procedures and the automated information system interconnect, and the workability of these manual procedures for the organization

Ease and speed with which the functionality and performance level of the system (after each adjustment) can be tested.
