What are Socrates two guides?

What is the main virtue in this Dialogue
justice, the jury's claims against Socrates are unjust they are completely out of line. Socrates knows that they are unjust but does not want to flee from the consequences because this would be unjust. He has live a full life of justice and does not want to ruin it now.
How can public opinion hurt and what can it not hurt?
public opinion can make a man less virtuous, but cannot hurt his soul, it can also bring one to death.
How is this central to the Crito?
public opinion is central to the Crito because Crito himself worries too much about the public opinion, when he tries to convince Socrates to flee he claims that the public will think he is a coward if he does not try to save him. Socrates tells him that one should not worry about public opinion and should only listen to the wise and expert advise.
Why could Socrates not flee Athens?
Socrates says that the voice of the Laws of Athens have spoken to him and that it would be unjust for him to flee. He says that going against the laws that are bound to him would be like striking a parent. If he broke the laws now he would be considered an outlaw and would never be allowed to come back.
Why should we not return an injustice or jury offense with an injustice or injury
it is wrong to use revenge because it is not virtuous and it corrupts the soul
What is the basis of implicit contract between Socrates and the state?
- For Socrates, the preservation of harmony requires that the individual fulfill his or her moral duty by obeying all of the laws of the state, and the individual owes the state this allegiance because there is an implicit agreement involved
What role does this have on the dialogue?
Socrates agreed to go along with the state because he thought that it was just. He agreed to process of state. For him to back out would be unjust.
