--parkinsonism --akathisia - unable to stand still or sit --late EPS, tarditive dyskinesia- involuntary movements of the tongue and face- lip smacking- may include involuntary movements of arms, legs or trunk --neuroleptic malignant syndrome -- sudden high grade fever, blood pressure fluctuations, dysrhythmias, muscle rigidity, and change in LOC developing into coma - stop med, cooling blankets --anticholinergic effects --orthostatic hypotension --sedation-seizures --sexual dysfunction --skin effects - photosensitivity --agranulocytosis - fever, sore throat |
