Techniques

ii. Learn and counsel based on the cultural foundation of client. Can be good to expose to a different cultural frame of reference, so long as that is not being imposed.
iii. Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Puerto Rican and Mexican peoples often fit Afrocentric worldview better than the Eurocentric view. iv. NEVER STEREOTYPE YOUR CLIENT. They are all different. |
