Peck's definition of discipline:

The basic set of tools to solve life's problems

Define delay of gratification.

The ability to resist the temptation for an immediate reward and wait for a later reward.

Define acceptance of responsibility.

The ability to blame only yourself for an action that you caused.

Define dedication to truth.

Having no denial and having the willingness to accept challenges in life.

Define balancing.

The ability to responsibly and maturely handle new situations and/or new relationships while handling the current or old ones.

What is repression?
