Takeoff?
Landing, point wing in direction of wind, topside rudder in opposite direction to keep nose on centerline. No more than 25 degrees of flaps.
Taking off, keep ailerons in direction of wind until close to 5 knots of rotation speed, during liftoff use rudder to crab into wind keeping centered during climbout
If you're landing with 10 knots gusting to 20, what would your approach speed be?
Cut the difference between the gusting speed in half and add it to your final speed, i.e. 80 knots.

Light gun signals
Steady Green- Clear to land/Clear to takeoff
Flashing Green- Clear to taxi/ Return to land
Steady Red- Stop/give way
Flashing Red- Taxi clear of runway/Do not land
Flashing white- Return to Ramp
