CLEAVE THE CHAINS INTO FRAGMENTS - using proteases and chemical cleavage. 5. SEPARATE THE PEPTIDES AND OBTAIN SEQUENCES. 6. IDENTIFY OVERLAPPING PEPTIDE SEQUENCES. |

How can proteins be modified?
