Change Log
A comprehensive list of changes made during the project. This typically includes dates of the change and impacts in terms of time, cost, and risk.
Change Request
A formal proposal to modify any document, deliverable, or baseline.
Project Charter
A document issued by the project initiator or sponsor that formally authorizes the existence of a project and provides the project manager with the authority to apply organizational resources to project activities.
Communication Methods

Communications Management Plan
