There were a LOT of 70s quorums. They worked as ordinance workers in the temple to get as many people endowed as possible


Trial of Joseph - Richard Young (judge) & Browning changed how the jury was decided so there were no mormons on the jury. Lost the case and all the accused went free (Thomas Sharp & Jacob Davis) Frank Worrell was killed


Jacob Davis was arrested and this made it so the saints lost the Nauvoo Charter. They changed the name of Nauvoo to City of Joseph


There were more and more mobs as the saints grew stronger


The saints finally started to prepare to go west. Brigham talked to many people about where they could go in the west. Thought about Oregon, Texas, California….
