What is inertia?
It is a tendency to resist any change in motion
What is Newton's first law of motion?
Any object that is moving or is at rest will remain so until an external force acts upon it
What is Newton's second law of motion?
An object will accelerate in the direction of an unbalanced force acting upon it. The size of this acceleration depends upon the mass of the object and the size of the force acting
What is Newton's third law of motion?
For every action force there is an equal and opposite reaction force
What is velocity?
Velocity is distance travelled in a direction measured in units of time

What is acceleration?
Acceleration is the change in velocity over a period of time
What is speed?
Speed is the rate of change of distance
What is Displacement?
The change in position, it is a vector quantity
What is Distance?
Distance is a measurement of how far apart objects are

What is air resistance?
friction between the air and a moving object
Describe the speed triangle

Describe the velocity triangle
