Bethaanechol
Muscarinic agonist. Udes for Urinary retention, adverse: hyotenstion, bradycardia, bronchoconstriction, contra: intestinal & urinary obstruction,asthma

Miotic agent. Pupil constriction. Tx glaucoma. Adv efts: eye itching, pain, Ciliary spasm, blurred vision. Nurse impl: put pressure on lacrimal ducts 1-2 min after eye drops, don't rub eyes.

Neostigmine (prodtigmin)
Cholinesterase inhibitors . Reversible agent. Myasthenia gravis
Physostigmine (antilirium)
Reversal agent for neuromuscular blockers. Tx for poisoning by atropine & other drugs that cause muscarinic blockade
Organophosphate
irreversible agent. Pesticides & chemical warfare agents. Ex sarin (poison nerve gas)
Vecuromium (norcuron)
Non depolarizing agent neuromuscular blocker (.anticontinic)causes skeletal muscle relaxation, flaccid paralysis, hypotension, bradycardia, pt is paralyzed but can hear & feel.
Succinylcholine ( antectine)
Depolarizing neuromuscular blocker. Used for endotracheal intubation. pt is paralyzed but can still hear & feel.
