Heat Stroke
The most severe heat related problem having the symptoms of hot, flushed skin, dry skin (Lack of sweating), dizziness, fast pulse and unconsciousness.
Dehydration
Excessive loss of water from the body, usually through perspiration, urination, or evaporation
Hypothermia
Excessively low body temperature characterized by by uncontrollable shivering, loss of coordination and mental confusion.
Aerobic Activity
An exercise for which the body is able to supply adequate oxygen to sustain performance for long periods of time.
