What is Theory X
Theory X belives that most people dislike work and want to avoid it, they require close direction, and they want to avoid responsibility
What is theory y?
Theory Y believes that work is natural, and that people can be well directed if they are committed, most employees accept and seek responsibility, and they have imagination, ingenuity and creativity
