methotrexate

Class: DMARD I


Use: rheumatoid arthritis


Adverse Reactions: gastric bleeding, kidney damage


Nursing Considerations: monitor stools for blood, drink plenty of fluids

Adverse Reaction: hyperkalemia, respiratory depression, malignant, hyperthermia
