Primary lifeguard moves guest toward side of pool, while secondary lifeguard removes head immobilizer and places the board vertically in the water against the wall. primary lifeguard raises guests's arm so secondary lifeguard can grasp the wrist. secondary guard pulls backboard onto deck, primary lifeguard pushes backboard from water.
