Do different people have different levels of legal capacity? |
Yes, people have different level of legal capacity. Not everyone can do all of the above legal acts some have stronger legal capacity than others. Eg. A minor under the age of 18 has a limited capacity to enter contracts with the consent of a guardian, while adults don't need and guardianship. |
