What are the three Planes? What are their axes?

Saggital Plane = Mediolateral Axis
Frontal Plane = Anteriorposterior Axis Transverse Plane = Longitudinal Axis |

|
Flexion, extension, hyperextension, hyperflexion.

|
Abduction, adduction, lateral flexion.
