Capellini and Meatballs

Angel hair like pasta with 3 meatballs and housemade 36-hour tomato sauce.



It is not dairy free but can be made dairy free. It is made with butter and cheese. The orange color comes from emulsifying EVOO in the sauce. We use Roma and San Marzano tomatoes.



Spicy Rigatoni

Tubular pasta served with Ospi's famous spicy vodka sauce.



Contains no vodka and can be made less spicy if preferred.

Tagliatell'8

Long flat noodles (similar to wider fettucini) served with Grandma's sunday sauce.



*Grandma's sunday sauce is a tomato meat sauce cooked over many hours with braised beef cheek, ground pork, veal, and red wine.


Mandilli

Large sheets of pasta tossed in a housemade basil pesto.



The pesto is made with basil, olive oil, grana padano, pecorino toscano, garlic, and pine nuts.

Lasagna

A baked, layered pasta with béchamel sauce, sunday gravy ragu, and grana padano.


*Bechamel sauce is a thick white sauce made with milk, roux(flour and butter equal by weight), cheese, and seasoning.

Linguine Vongole1

Long skinny pasta similar to a flat spaghetti served with little neck clams, a rich clam broth, garlic confit and parsley. There are 8 clams per order.



Our vongole sauce has japanese dashi in it.



Scialatielli

Flat linguine type pasta handcut into 3 inch strips and made with squid ink. Served with scampi sauce and 3 colossal prawns.



Scampi Sauce consists of garlic, parsley, chili, lemon, white wine, butter, & prawn stock. The prawns are served head on.

Tagliolini

A long, flat, egg noodle cooked in a spicy, lemon vodka sauce. Served with the meat of a whole Maine lobster and toasted pistachio as a garnish.



*Each order of pasta is served with an entire 1.25lb lobster. The head and the tail are cleaned and served on the plate as a garnish. -Premark with shell plate.

A. 5oz, except tagliolini which weighs 10oz

A. Yes Rigatoni or linguine with tomato sauce, butter and cheese, or just butter.

A. Check with the Chef, but most likely, yes

Q. Can you add a protein to your pasta for lunch?

A. Yes. Meatballs, rotisserie chicken, prawns, and halibut are available

A. It is the east coast, Italian slang way of describing "tagliatelle" - a shape of pasta
