What are the clinical features for biliary atresia?
Full term infants
First 1-2 weeks of life
Jaundice, alcoholic stools, hepatomegaly
What can cause biliary atresia and how is it diagnosed?
Chronic inflammation from virus or defective morphogenisis(situs inversus/polysplenia)
