T- 1) same size same type and evenly worn 2) tread depth minimum two thirty seconds of an inch 3) can not be re capped 4) no tread separation 5) good condition no abrasion bulges or cuts 6) inflation from 100 to 110 psi or the manufacture specifications 7) two valves stems PMaS to each Rim nCBB both should be accessible and have a metal cap PaT 8) not leaking air 9) should have 5 inches between tire treads and 3 inches between rims nothing stuck between the dual tires R- nCBB no dents or repair welds L- all 10 must be PaT no shiny bolts threads if it is a steel rim a rust trail would indicate lug nuts may be loose if it’s an aluminum rim a white powder residue would indicate lug nuts may be loose A- both internal axle seals not leaking all 8 axle bolts & nuts PaT must be filled to proper level with gear lubrication 90 weight oil B- 1)Air Hoses PMaS-ly connected nut cut damaged or leaking air 2) brake chamber & clamps PMaS nCBB GCnD not leaking air 3) Slack adjuster & Push rod PMaS nCBB no more than 1 inch of free play when brakes are released 4) brake shoes & brake drum PMaS nCBB no repair welds no evidence of grease oil debris the brake pads must have at least 1/4 inch of thickness remaining the brake drums must not be excessively worn D- 1) leaf springs PMaS no more than 25% can be MiCDL 2) front & rear spring mounts PMaS nCBB 3) control arms PMaS nCBB 4) mounting brackets PMaS nCBB 5) hydraulic shock absorbers PMaS nCBB not leaking hydraulic fluid 6) bellows SPnDR nHnRT not leaking air 7) bellow mounts PMaS nCBB 8) torsion bar PMaS nCBB 9) two u-boots & Anchor plates PMaS nCBB all nuts PaT |
