How do people learn?
People learn by gaining knowledge or skills, developing a behavior, through study, instruction or experience.
What are the levels of learning?
Rote- the ability to repeat something back

Understanding- to comprehend the nature of the meaning

Application- putting something to use

Correlation- associating what has been learned, understood, and applied with previous or subsequent learning.
What are the types of Forgetting?
Retrieval Failure- is simply the inability to retrieve information.

Fading- information not used will fade

Interference- something else learned my overshadow it (similar things. 5&9 for two different a/c)

Repression or Suppression- a memory is pushed out of reach because a individual does not want to remember the feelings associated with it.
